The presentation lacked a flow. It definitely seemed like the presenter was touching the surface with the intent to sell her book. The presenter jumped between topics with little bits of information to peak curiosity but never provide you with a deep understanding. She was essentially selling her book. It was only at the very end that she shared the "NOTICE - CHOOSE - ACT" worksheet with minimal explanation. Maybe watching the movie will be more helpful...
